Chili and Biscuit Sandwich

This is especially good when it is chili weather, As you can tell from my recipes, I like quick and easy ones.

10 Biscuit can of Hungry Jack Biscuits
1 - 15 oz. Can of Chili
Shredded Lettuce
Shredded Cheese

Heat oven to 400. Grease a cookie sheet. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. On waxed paper, press each biscuit out flat with palm of hand to form a 5 inch circle. Place 5 of the dough circles on to the cookie sheet. Moisten the outer edges of the circles with water. Place remaining circle over the ones on the cookie sheet. With a fork seal edges firmly. Bake at 400 for 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet . Let cook 5 min. With a knife cut along the edge about 1/3 of the way around to form a pocket. Open pockets. Heat chili and fill the pockets with chili, lettuce and cheese.
