Make Your Own Casserole

This next one I also got in Senior Home EC. It is super easy!

1 C. Cooked Pasta (macaroni, noodles, spaghetti or rice) I like to use macaroni
1 C. Vegetable (cooked, canned or drained - carrots, peas, beans, celery etc.) I use a 3rd can of soup
2 - 8 Oz. cans tomato sauce OR 2 cans Cream soup (such as cream of mushroom, cream of celery or even cheddar soup)
(I use cheddar soup and cream of mushroom).
1 lb. Ground Beef
Salt and Pepper
Grated cheese of Croutons (for the topping)

Brown hamburger and drain. Add pasta, seasoning, soups OR, tomato sauce and vegetable (s) if you wish to use the vegetables. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 min. Top with grated cheese or croutons before baking.
