Mary's Spinach Salad

2 bags spinach leaves
4 granny smith apples peeled and diced
6-8 slices of bacon cooked and chopped
1/2 to 1 cup sliced almonds
1/2-1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Toss all of ingredients together. Just before serving drizzle with dressing of:

6 TB cider vinegar
2/3 cup canola oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tea salt
1/4 purple onion chopped

Mix in a food processor
