Zucchini Bread

1 cup oil
3 eggs beaten
2 cups sugar
2 cups raw grated zucchini
3 tsp cinnamon
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts and raisins

Mix together liquids, then dry ingredients. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until done. Makes 2 loves.
